Parcel Keeper formed when we realize there are more issues on parcels being stolen at residents’ last mile doorstep and indirectly sparks off a row of dispute between residents and management regarding liabilities and responsibilities on that missing. Apart from that, we found that there are a number of deliveries being returned in absence of recipient signs for their parcels due to receivers are on vacation or during working hours. With a series of above-mentioned issues spark an idea to establish ParcelKeeper that specialises in providing systematic parcel care to solve our clients pain points. All deliveries kept under ParcelKeeper will be recorded in our in-housing system which allows clients to track check deliveries status seamlessly.

In mid of Aug ~2022, we started our 1st parcel care business @ I-Santorini Tanjong Tokong. In early Nov 2022, we also started our 2nd branch which is located @ One Foresta Bayan Lepas. Our mission is to seek to be recipients trusted last mile parcel keeper to safeguard the interest of all your deliveries.
